'Pro-Series Ranger Gun Belts'
Our 'Pro-Series' Ranger gun belts are made by bonding two 8 1/2 oz Hermann Oak Leather strips together to give you a professional 16-17 oz ( 1/4" thick) gun belt that will not "roll-over" when carrying concealed weapons. We can also make it in a 3/16" thickness if you have concerns about it fitting through your belt loops. For the width of the belt, you may choose from 1 1/4", 1 1/2" and 1 3/4" belt widths. Larger sizes are available (See our Police Duty Belt selections). The tooling pattern may be selected from any of our 23 different designs. The front Billet area of the gun belts are shaved down in thickness to reduce the bulk of a 1/4" thick gun belt so that it gives the appearance of a standard belt and does not shout 'I have a gun'. (We also offer the same Pro-Series 1/4" thick belts as straight or tapered.) Our NEW 45/Lightning-Bolt design shown below is a very popular selection for our gun belts. OFF DUTY / CONCEALED CARRY: Our standard Western style belts are made with 6-7 oz Hermann Oak Skirting leather with a back liner of 4-5 oz Latigo. They are strong enough for Police Off Duty / Concealed Carry application while at the same time making an excellent crafted belt for everyday ware. However, some people may desire a heaver belt for Police Off Duty / Concealed Carry applications. This is our Pro-Series Concealment Gunbelt line made with 8-9 oz Herman Oak Skirting leather for the top tooling side and the same 8-9 oz leather for the back liner. You may choose between 3/16" or 1/4" thickness for your belt. Either thickness will support any weapon on the market today. All of our products are custom made in the USA (Texas) when they are ordered. You have total control in the design process for your belt from start to finish.
The belt is often the most overlooked piece of equipment, but it is the foundation of any 'waist carry' system ( and it should be thought of as that; a complete system of firearm, holster, mag pouch, belt and wardrobe). Any structure requires a strong foundation to be stable, likewise, the best holster is useless if worn on an inadequate belt. Another consideration is the belt slots or loops of the holster should 'match the width of the belt'. Do not expect optimal performance from your holster if you are mating a 1 3/4 inch slotted holster to a 1 1/4 inch wide belt. You might want to consider a 'matching' system of belt, holster, Mag carriers, and handcuff case.

NOTE: WAIST
MEASUREMENT
Please measure your waist over your pants but 'without' a belt on to get your
true waist measurement. Do Not go by the pants sizes that you wear. They
are not the same. This measurement will be used to build the belt so that
you will buckle the belt using the center hole. Then you can gain or lose
weight and the belt will still fit.
Each belt is 'custom-made' when the order is received. Please allow
3-4 weeks for your belt to be hand-made. Belts with the Acorn-Oak
Leaf or Sheridan design - allow 6-8 weeks.
Bullet Loops: You may add 6, 10, or 12 bullet loops to the back of your custom
belt if you desire. A 1 1/2" belt will accept up to 45 cal. bullets. Larger
calibers ( 45 Long Colt and 44 Mag) require at least a 1 3/4" wide belt size.

and Sting Ray. We do not maintain an inventory of belts in stock. Each
belt is 'custom-made' when it is ordered. There is no assembly line process.
Each belt is made one-at-a-time, the old fashion way to ensure the highest
quality in our products. If you do not see what you want in our selection
of belts, or would like to have a custom design not shown, just give
us a call and tell us what you would like. That is the beauty of custom
work, you design your own belt. Each belt is has a lifetime warranty.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you do now like you belt, (except
for custom belts with names on them), just returned the 'unused' belt with
15 days for a refund. (No one has ever sent one of our belts back for
a refund!!)
